What Does the Ruling on Temporary Workers by OSHA Mean for Manufacturers?

David Michaels, Ph.D., MPH, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) emphasized that host employers (manufacturers) should treat temporary workers like existing employees.
