Your contact information

Moffat Workforce utilizes 256-bit encryption technology, protecting your information using both server authentication and data encryption. This ensures that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users in your organization.

All data and files uploaded to Moffat Workforce are held within a private instance. Additionally, specific records, files, applications and reports can be made private from internal users. Unique, randomly generated IDs are applied to all physical files when access is requested. To ensure the highest level of security, each randomly generated link is set to expire so no single link can be reused. Indexing of files from outside sources is blocked, and all physical files are stored separately from the data for an added level of security, redundancy and scalability.

Additional information

How we protect your data

Moffat Workforce uses Microsoft Remote Desktop Gateway to provide client access from any Internet connected device capable of using Windows Remote Desktop Protocol. The gateway is legitimized using a third-party SSL certificate. RDP traffic is always encrypted.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Each Moffat Workforce location includes an edge firewall which protects all ingress and egress connection. Policies are in place to restrict all but authorized traffic. Staff connecting to the RDS have personal data stored on a centralized and protected file server. User data is protected with Windows file security to ensure data remains private to the user, while still allowing administrative level access for maintenance and troubleshooting. All data is backed up daily using an off-site cloud service. Loffler hosted Veeam takes server and firewall backups every evening.
