Will Moffat Workforce charge me a placement fee?

Absolutely not. We specialize in serving you, so whether you choose a temporary job, contract-to-hire position, or a direct placement opportunity, there is never any fee.

Do you have a minimum age requirement for employment?

Yes, we do. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

What types of positions can I find?

We offer multiple levels of placement including temporary, contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire. In addition to manufacturing talent, we also have great opportunities for office and administrative positions with our manufacturing clients. How do I apply?

We make it easy to apply with two simple options.

Option 1: If you’re ready to start now, apply online here. We will contact you within 72 hours to schedule an appointment at one of our offices.

Option 2: Would you like help applying? Contact us to schedule an appointment. We will personally assist you with the application process! Please bring your updated resume, employment authorization documents, and professional references.

What do I do when I complete a temporary assignment?

Contact your Moffat Workforce representative within five days of assignment completion. They will already be aware of your status and ready to help identify new opportunities.

What happens after I apply?

We’ll review your application and contact you within 3 days to discuss the next steps.

If I apply for one job, can I be considered for others you have open?

Yes, of course. Our recruiters work together to find candidates for the positions they are working to fill, so you could be considered for several different positions at the same time. Our goal is to get you working in the opportunity that is best for you!

If I’m not a match for any of the current jobs on your website, should I still apply?

Absolutely. New opportunities are added daily, so it is best to get your application on file with us. In fact, if we think you are a great fit for an employer we’re working with, we may present your information to them for consideration, regardless of current openings.
