Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill a temp-to-hire Quality Inspector opening with a company located in Eden Prairie, MN. Interested candidates should have 2+ year manufacturing experience, Strong math skills and be detail oriented.
Quality Inspector Job Description:
- Inspect and sample packaging components, chemical materials, and purified water for conformance to specifications/standards.
- Control Check to verify weight, measure, manufacturing & material flow procedures on manufacturing line.
- Document and record data for all inspections as per the procedure.
- Performs sampling on raw materials (including water system), intermediaries and finished products.
- Reports issues or deviations to Quality Assurance Supervisor / Designee.
- Performs administrative duties including, scanning, filing, etc. for Quality Assurance documentation.
- Performs basic calibration and maintenance of quality equipment.
- Performs other duties as apparent or assigned.
Quality Inspector Job Requirement:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed procedures and documents
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail oriented and strong math skills
- 2-3 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment a plus
- Exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment and documentation a plus
Compensation for Quality Inspector:
The starting salary for the Quality Inspector position is $19.00 per hour.
Shift: Monday-Thursday 12pm-10:30pm
