Product Support Specialist Job Description:
- Assist Agents/Advisors by processing contracting requests with various Health, Life, and Annuity Carriers
- Learn and maintain working level of knowledge of SureLC, AgencyBloc, Smartsheets, DocuSign and other business platforms
- Set up agent contracting profiles in SureLC and AgencyBloc and maintain accurate data in business platforms
- Set up and maintain carrier forms and hierarchies
- Coordinate closely with Sales, New Business and Commission teams to keep business moving efficiently
- Know and understand carriers and state level requirements for licensing and contracting
- Provide agents with CE, licensing, and product training resources
- Act as a licensing and contracting resource for staff
- Communicate with Agents regarding contracting status on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Develop and innovate strategies and resources to improve the contracting and onboarding experience for company agents.
- Collaborate with carrier representatives to learn their contracting processes, develop an understanding of their resources available to the company, and monitor contracting status.
- Develop and maintain resources that can be shared with agencies and agents in complicated contracting situations to track and communicate progress and needed items.
- Assist contracting team with project management and follow up.
- Assist with database clean up as needed.

Compensation for Product Support Specialist:
The starting salary for the Product Support Specialist position is $20-$22+ per hour.
