Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill a temp-to-hire Operations Administrator opening with a company located in Roseville, MN. Interested candidates should preferably have experience maintaining inventory databases, strong communication skills, and experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Operations Administrator Job Description:
- Communicate with all departments to determine their needs for materials and services.
- Provide data entry and uploading records for various databases such as FileMaker and Qualio.
- Uploading tooling records and scheduling calibration services.
- Create, send, and track purchase orders.
- Reconcile invoices and receiving for accounts payable.
- Create weekly inventory and purchasing reports.
- Follow work direction as provided by leadership.
- Follow established procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure needed materials are available.
Operations Administrator Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, minimum. Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience working in a regulated industry (medical device preferred).
- Need to be proficient with computers and know how to use office software, databases, spreadsheets, electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), and virtual communication tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization, and/or vendors.
- Ability to work alone or on a team with little or no supervision.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Compensation for Operations Administrator
The starting salary for this position is $22 to $24 per hour.
