Inside Sales Manager Job Description:
- Streamline and improve the Inquiry-to-Order process by leading six Kaizen projects within 12 months of hire date.
- Follow-up on 100% of quotes in less than one week.
- Achieve < 30-minute response time to customer calls.
- Ensure all customer relationship management data in NetSuite is 95% accurate and continually maintained.
- Attain a Net Promoter Score greater than 25 through elite customer service and responsiveness by the end of 2025.
- Train the Customer Service Representatives on NetSuite and contemporary best
- practices in customer service.
- Topgrade any Customer Service Representatives not achieving job requirements.
- Acquire and demonstrate deep product expertise by educating customers and training Customer Service Representatives.
Inside Sales Manager Job Requirement:

Compensation for Inside Sales Manager:
The starting salary for the Inside Sales Manager position is $50,0000 annually with monthly commission plus benefits (401k plan, HSA - medical, vision, and dental).
