Currently looking for a skilled individual to fill a direct hire Customer Service Representative role with a company located in Houston, TX. Interested candidates will be required to have experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of order management and CRM systems like NetSuite and familiarity with engineered products.
 
Customer Service Representative Job Description: 
  • Ensure 100% of order statuses and shipment updates are communicated to customers, manufacturers’ representatives, and the Sales Team within 8 business hours.
  • Ensure 100% of orders have a promise date loaded into Netsuite within 90 days of hire date, in collaboration with the Operations Team.
  • Escalate and resolve 95% of customer concerns within five business days, ensuring minimal disruptions to customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all inquiries and orders are processed accurately and efficiently within NetSuite.
  • Attained a Net Promoter Score greater than 25 through elite customer service and responsiveness
  • Respond to 90% of customer inquiries within 8 business hours, demonstrating a high standard of customer care.
  • Acquire and demonstrate deep product expertise by educating customers.

Compensation for Customer Service Representative:  
 The starting salary for this position is $40,000 annually with monthly commission plus benefits (401k plan, HSA - medical, vision, and dental).
