Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill a temp-to-hire Equipment Tester opening with a company located in Plymouth, MN. Interested candidates should have 6+ months of electrical troubleshooting and wiring experience and good computer skills.
Equipment Tester Job Description:
- Perform a variety of cabinet performance tests
- Perform in-process inspection and final inspections
- Use of basic hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment
- Perform equipment troubleshooting
- Follow written and oral instructions
Equipment Tester Job Requirement:
- High school diploma or GED
- Electrical wiring and equipment troubleshooting preferred
- Math skills including the ability to add, subtract, and interpret common fractions and decimals
- Ability to use hand and power tools, a tape measure, a computer, and testing equipment
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts (proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume)
- Ability to sit or stand, sit, move around, and use hands to handle, feel or grasp objects
- Ability to talk and hear
- Ability to reach, bend, crouch, squat, twist, kneel or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push and pull finished product from one area to another

Compensation for Equipment Tester:
The starting salary for the Equipment Tester position is $19.00 per hour.
