Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill Electronic/Medical Assembly openings with a company located in Plymouth, MN. Interested candidates should preferably have soldering experience and be able to work with small components.
Responsibilities of the Electronic/Medical Assembler
- Perform high precision soldering to assemble pulse oximeter devises
- Wire cutting, crimping, and connecting
- Utilize a microscope for assembly and inspection
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Complete all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to production supervisor
- Perform product testing and re-works as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements of the Electronic/Medical Assembler
- Experience in high precision soldering preferred
- Ability to assemble small components
- Ability to use a microscope
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to frequently sit
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills

Compensation for the Electronic/Medical Assembler: The starting salary for this position is $20.00 per hour.
