Electronic Assembler  

Mounds View, MN   

Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill an Electronic Assembler role with a company located in Mounds View, MN. Interested candidates must have experience with PCB soldering. 

Electronic Assembler Job Description:  

• Perform routine electronic assembly operation. 

• Use visual aids, verbal instructions, and written instructions to assemble product. 

• Ability to read assembly drawings. 

• Prepare parts as needed by written instruction. 

• Perform inspection with a microscope. 

• Crosstrain in entry level soldering. 

• Hand soldering and desoldering with hot air, soldering iron, and desoldering equipment. 

• Clip leads and cleaning boards. 

• Adhere to the quality system standards pertaining to the job.  

• Adhere to ESD requirements and safety rules. 

• Produce high quality products to exceed customer expectations. 

• Follow MultiTech rules and policies.  

• Clean and maintain work area.  

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Electronic Assembler Job Requirements:     

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  

• One to three months related experience and/or training. 

• Lifting requirements up to 40 pounds. 

• Requires standing, sitting, and walking for periods of time. 

• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel. 

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills in English. 

• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers. 

• Comfortable with basic computer skills (Word, Excel). 

• Knowledge of Lean Principles.

Compensation for Electronic Assembler  

 The starting salary for this position is $17.00-$19.00 per hour (DOE)
