Interested candidates should preferably have a year of experience in shipping areas, dealing with shipping processes and documentation as well as some familiarity with FedEx, UPS, & ERP systems.   

Assistant Small Parts Order Filler Job Description:  

• Perform any combination of tasks involved in the shipping of small parts orders, warranties, and back orders. 

• Help prepare packages for shipping.  

• Wrap packages and fill in appropriate documentation. 

• Help to keep the department clean and organized. 

• Processing LN orders and UPS/FedEx shipping for small parts with minimum supervision. 

• Other duties and projects as assigned. 

Assistant Small Parts Order Filler Job Requirements:     

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED). 

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in shipping areas, dealing with shipping processes and documentation. 

• Ability to fill and pack most parts orders, warranties, and back orders. 

• Math skills including the ability to add, subtract, and interpret common fractions and decimals.
